After a lot of baking, testing, and learning, I've decided to move Jay's Bagels to a made-to-order model for friends and family.

Instead of hosting scheduled preorder weekends, I'll be baking in small batches as orders come in. This gives me the flexibility to keep refining recipes, experiment with new flavors, and ensure every batch gets the attention it deserves.

Jay's Bagels has always been a passion project built around a love of great bagels, not mass production. This change lets me keep it fun while balancing family, work, and everything else life brings.

If you're a friend or family member and would like to place an order, just reach out! We'll coordinate flavors, quantities, and a pickup time that works.
